Terms of purchase

1. Product orders.

Although we do our best to fulfill all orders, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this site at any time and without notice. The prices posted on this site are expressed in Canadian dollars and are valid and effective only in Canada.

These prices do not include shipping costs or sales taxes, if any, which will be added to the total price of your invoice. You are responsible for payment of all shipping and handling charges, as well as local and local sales or use taxes applicable to your order.

Although our goal is a 100% error-free site, we do not warrant that the content is accurate or complete, including pricing information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems and the corrected price will apply to your order. We reserve the right to revoke any offer indicated and to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).

2. Confidentiality of personal information

Groupe Kenworth Montreal respects your right to privacy of your personal information.

However, we may collect personal information in the following cases:

When you pay for purchases through our website, we collect your billing and shipping address, telephone number, and email address in order to be able to deliver the ordered products

For returns of items that result in a refund on a customer’s debit or credit card, we will ask you to provide your debit or credit card information in order to process and administer the refund transaction.

3. Shipping policy

The shipping of orders made on our online shop is handled by Dicom*. You choose the address that suits you best: home, office, with friends or family members, and off you go! Please note, however, that post office boxes are not allowed for delivery. The delivery time is 10 working days.

4. Refund policy

The time allowed to request a return online is 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise for regular priced items and 10 days for sale items. If this time has expired, please us at marketing@kenworthmontreal.ca. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please note that items purchased in store can only be exchanged or refunded in store.

Be sure to keep the original invoice and the item you want to return to make the operation easier.

All refunds made are according to the original payment method within 5 days of confirmation of the refund.
